Do you long for real growth in your Christian walk and more clear evidence of the fruit of the Spirit in your life?
We get impatient in line, angry with our kids, anxious about our circumstances. We long to find peace and contentment in Christ. We believe God’s word, but we struggle to daily cling to His promises for our future and hope.
God’s word has the answers, and this journal points to those answers while providing the structure and space for you to work through these truths for your life.
CULTIVATE GODLY CHARACTERISTICS: The first half of this journal is dedicated to helping you cultivate the virtues you want to see in your life. Through a structure of self-reflection, meditation on God’s word, and intentional planning, this journal will guide you through the challenges you face to live out God’s truth.
NURTURE OTHERS IN GOSPEL TRUTH AND VIRTUE: The second half of this book helps you to see how you can be a nurturing and edifying influence in the lives of the people around you. Reflect and then take action for how you can increase your intentional and Christ-focused care for others.
Each section begins with an article written to inspire you on this journey. Resource section includes an index of verse references.
WRITE AT YOUR OWN PACE: This journal is organized by the virtues you choose to focus on. It can be completed on a daily or weekly basis and has no set structure or time frame.

Many friends helped make this journal a reality. I had been wanting to create a something like this for a while, but I couldn’t have done it without the feedback, advice, and encouragement of many friends! Special thanks goes to my husband for encouraging me all along the way and giving substantial guidance and also my friend Colleen for her wisdom and kindness in editing this work!
This journal was inspired by a series I wrote focused on two words: Cultivate & Nurture. You can find the first article on that series here. And the second article here.
What virtues do you long to cultivate in your life?
